MANAGE IT

Running a company?

Still counting hours on paper?

Tasks get lost in group chats.

Nobody knows who arrived when.

End of month — 3 notebooks and 5 chats, pure chaos.

One system. Everything accounted for.

Work-hour tracking

Workers clock in and out from their phone — no paper, no guessing.

Task assignment

Who works where and on what today — without calls and group messages.

Field measurements

Recorded on the spot, from the phone — not in a notebook that gets lost.

Issue reporting

A worker reports a fault or delay, with a photo, instantly — and it stays on record.

Per-site records

See who was on which site and how much time it took.

Materials & usage

What was used, on which job — no adding up afterwards.

Hour calculation

Automatic, at the end of the month, per worker — payroll-ready.

Reports

For you, your accountant, your client — one click, not hours of adding up.

Your industry doesn't matter.

We build the software around your needs — all you do is explain what's bothering you. Need only two items from the list? We build those two. Want everything, plus something of your own that isn't listed? We build that too.

Already have spreadsheets or a database? We connect to them — nothing gets lost.

We've built systems for assembly and welding companies, and we're currently building one for a home-care company in Munich.

What does a workday look like with the system?

Easiest to see on an example — this is how it works in practice, from morning to the end of the month:

  1. 06:55

The worker opens the app and clocks in with one tap — time and location are recorded.

  2. 07:00

Today's task is waiting on the home screen: site, address and what needs to be done.

  3. 10:30

Measurements are taken on the spot and typed into the phone — with a photo, linked to the site. No notebook.

  4. 12:15

A holdup: material is missing. The worker takes a photo and sends a report — it reaches you instantly, with photo and location.

  5. 15:30

The worker clocks out. Their 8.5 hours are already added up — no paper, no guessing.

And the end of the month?

Hour calculation for all workers is already done — the system has been building it all month. The report for you and your accountant comes out in one click. What used to be a midnight session is now a five-minute review.

What exactly does each part do?

You can take any part on its own or as a package — here's what each one solves:

Work-hour tracking

  • Workers clock in and out with one tap — the system records time and location.
  • You see at any moment who's at work, who's late, who's absent.
  • Forgot to clock out? Fix it manually — with a record of who changed what.
  • No more "I was here at seven" — everything is on record.

Task assignment

  • In the evening or morning you assign people: who, which site, what job.
  • The worker sees the task on their phone: address, description and notes.
  • When done, they mark it complete — you see the status instantly.
  • Change during the day? Reassign the worker — they get a notification.

Field measurements

  • Measurements go straight into the phone, on the spot.
  • Each measurement carries a photo and note — automatically linked to the site.
  • Visible in the office the same moment — the quote or work order starts right away.
  • No "I'll copy it when I get back" and no notebook that gets lost.

Issue reporting

  • Fault, holdup or missing material — the worker snaps a photo and sends it in two seconds.
  • The report reaches the right person instantly: photo, location and time.
  • You see both when it was reported and when it was resolved — nothing hangs in the air.
  • The end of "I called three days ago, nobody knows anything".

Per-site records

  • Every site has its own file: who worked, when and how many hours.
  • Total time and cost per site — visible at any moment.
  • A client asks what was done? You pull the exact overview in a minute.
  • The history stays forever — for warranty, disputes or the next quote.

Materials & usage

  • The worker marks what was taken and used — on which job, how much.
  • Usage per site and per worker — without adding up receipts at the end.
  • The system alerts you when stock falls below the minimum.
  • At the end of a job you know exactly what the site cost you: hours + materials.

Hour calculation

  • At the end of the month the system adds up each worker's hours itself.
  • Overtime, weekends, holidays — set the rules once, they apply automatically.
  • The list is ready for payroll or your accountant — one click.
  • Instead of sitting till midnight — a five-minute check.

Reports

  • For you: hours, costs, sites and workers — all on one screen.
  • For your accountant: export to Excel or PDF, ready for payroll.
  • For your client: an overview of what was done on their site.
  • You choose who sees what — workers see theirs, the boss sees everything.

Two sides, one system

The worker — on their phone

Their part is as simple as possible, on purpose:

  • Clock in with one tap
  • Today's task on the home screen
  • Measurement or fault — a photo instead of typing
  • If they can use a messaging app, they can use this

You — on your computer or phone

Your part is overview and control, without phone calls:

  • Who's at work today and where — live
  • Hours and cost per site and worker
  • Field reports the moment they happen
  • Payroll and reports in one click
My industry is quite specific — can this work for us?+

Yes — the software is custom-built, we don't sell an off-the-shelf product. We've built for assembly and welding companies and are building for home care; the logic is always the same: you explain how you work, we turn it into a system.

We already keep records in Excel. What happens to them?+

Nothing gets lost — we import your existing spreadsheets or database into the new system, or connect to them directly. The transition is planned so you don't lose a single working day.

Do the workers need to be tech-savvy?+

No. The worker-facing part is as simple as possible: clock in with one tap, today's task on the home screen, a fault photo sent like a message. If a worker can use a messaging app, they can use this.

How much does software like this cost?+

It depends on how many items you need — that's why the first step is a free conversation or a short form. Based on that you get a concrete offer with a price and timeline, no obligation.
