Service · ERP & business systems
An ERP that follows how your company actually works.
When quotes, orders, stock, work orders and documents live in different spreadsheets, the company grows more slowly than the amount of information it has to control. We build business systems that connect the whole flow and give each user exactly what they need.
The problem we solve
In many companies sales promise a deadline production never sees, the warehouse learns of a need only when material runs out, and management pieces the situation together from several reports. That's not a discipline problem — it's a system that doesn't share a single version of the data.
A custom ERP introduces a shared flow: a document is created once, the data is used across multiple modules, changes stay recorded, and status is visible to the people responsible for it.

How onboarding looks
We don't try to launch the whole ERP at once. After analysis we define the core of the system and the order of the modules. The first phase usually covers the most critical flow, for example quote → order → production. Once users confirm the process, we add warehouse, procurement, documents, analytics and integrations. Training is done on real scenarios, and the switch to production is planned so the company doesn't grind to a halt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an ERP rollout take?+
The first usable modules are usually in production within a few months; the system then expands in phases, module by module.
What if we already use accounting software?+
The ERP connects to your existing tools through integrations — accounting, payments and external services stay part of the flow.
