Note: this is a representation created to convey the logic and way the system works. Out of respect for our client's privacy and ownership we don't publicly show real screens, data or project details. In a conversation we can explain our approach and way of working in more detail, within what has been agreed with the client.
Business context
A flow based on classic post-production was too slow for content distributed in real time. The operator had to find the moment, prepare the recording, open an editing tool, produce several formats and hand it to an editor. Every extra step increased the delay.
Problem
- — The operator has no time to hunt for hidden features during the broadcast
- — Classic editing lags behind the audience's interest
- — Multiple formats (horizontal, square, vertical) slow the export
- — The main broadcast and the editing tool must not share a point of failure
Solution
Software that works directly on the live stream: in the live preview the operator marks key moments, precisely cuts a clip on a multi-track video and audio timeline, and exports it ready to publish — without waiting for the broadcast to end.
System modules
Live preview
Following the broadcast live with a LIVE label and timecode.
Moment markers
Marking key moments with a single click during the broadcast.
Timeline editing
Multiple video and audio tracks with frame-precise cutting.
Clips
A list of saved moments: name, start timecode and duration.
Export
Exporting clips in publish-ready formats.
Publish prep
A clip from marker to publish in a few steps.
Roles and permissions
The operator follows the broadcast and adds markers. The editor opens a segment, refines the cut and approves the clip. The producer and administrator control access rights and the distribution flow. Every decision stays in the audit log.

Results
The workflow from a live event to a finished clip was unified in one specialised interface, reducing the number of manual steps and enabling faster preparation of content for distribution.
