MANAGE IT

Service · Web applications & SaaS products

A web application that turns a process into a product.

When work depends on spreadsheets, emails and manual re-typing, a web application introduces a clear flow, accountability and data in one place. When the same problem exists at several companies, that system can become a SaaS product sold through packages and subscriptions.

The problem we solve

An internal application serves one organisation and adapts to its rules. A SaaS product is used by multiple clients, so it must have organisations, separated data, plans, limits, billing, onboarding and support for different configurations.

Those decisions change the architecture, so they're made at the start, before the first users enter the system.

How onboarding looks

An MVP is not an unfinished product with every feature half-done. It's the smallest complete flow that delivers value to the user. First we define one target group, the key problem and the action that brings the user back. The architecture still accounts for growth: database migrations, data separation, logs, rate limiting, backup and version control.

Frequently asked questions

What if the process changes after a year?+

We build applications modularly — a process change is a module change, not a rewrite of the whole system.
