Manage IT develops complex digital products: systems with users, data, roles, processes and integrations. We've built platforms for manufacturers, media houses and telecoms — and taken responsibility for the whole product: the idea, UX/UI, development, server, security and maintenance.

Our principle is simple: a system must be usable, stable, secure and maintainable. Everything else is decoration.

01AnalysisWe map processes, roles and data — how the company actually works, not how it looks on paper.+

Before a single line of code, we sit with the people who actually do the work — salespeople, warehouse staff, production workers — and follow how a document really travels through the company, where delays happen and where data gets lost or re-typed. The result isn't an abstract diagram but a clear list of processes, roles and rules the system must respect, with an estimate of scope and priorities for the first phase.

02ArchitectureThe data model, document flow and integrations are defined before the first line of code.+

Based on the analysis we define the data model (what is stored, how it connects), the document flow (e.g. quote → order → invoice) and the technologies that best fit the problem, not the trend. This phase also decides integrations with existing systems (accounting, banks, other software), the security model and the scalability plan — mistakes here are the most expensive to fix later, which is why we give it real attention.

03UX/UI designKey screens are designed and validated with the people who will use them every day.+

We first build wireframes (structural sketches) of the key screens and walk through them with real users — workers, salespeople, editors — before visual design even begins. That way we catch misunderstandings while they're still cheap to fix. Only once the flow is confirmed does the visual layer follow: typography, colour and components that form a design system, with a clickable prototype you approve before development starts.

04DevelopmentModule-by-module development with demo builds — value arrives during development, not only at the end.+

The system isn't written as one large block that only appears at the end. We build it module by module, with regular demo builds you review and comment on along the way — so a misunderstanding surfaces after a week, not after six months. Each module is tested with real (or realistic) data as soon as it's ready, instead of everything being checked only near the end of the project.

05TestingTesting on real data and processes, with the people who use the system.+

Beyond technical testing (does the code work correctly), the system is reviewed by the people who will actually use it — on their real scenarios, not made-up examples. This catches gaps between what was requested and what's actually needed in daily work, before the system goes live.

06DeployPhased production: staging → production, with backup, rollback and environment control.+

We plan the go-live so the company doesn't stop for a single day. The system first runs on a staging environment (an identical copy of production) where everything is checked, and only then moves to real production, with a backup taken before the switch and a clear rollback plan if something doesn't go as expected. Users get training on real scenarios before they start working in the new system.

07SupportMonitoring, security updates and further development — a product doesn't end at launch.+

After going live the system is monitored: availability, errors, server load and backup status, with alerts to the responsible people if something fails. Security updates to libraries and dependencies are applied regularly, and based on real usage we suggest improvements — the product grows with the company instead of stagnating the day after launch.
