How onboarding looks
Monitoring covers app and API availability, server resources, errors and failed background jobs, database status, backup jobs and certificate expiry — with alerts to the responsible people and incident logging. Security includes regular updates, the principle of least privilege, 2FA, rate limiting, an audit log and an incident response plan.
