Note: this is a representation created to convey the logic and way the system works. Out of respect for our client's privacy and ownership we don't publicly show real screens, data or project details. In a conversation we can explain our approach and way of working in more detail, within what has been agreed with the client.
Business context
A standard landing page can attract a visit but need not hold attention. The campaign needed a format natural to a mobile user, easy to understand and interesting enough that the user willingly continues to sign-up.
Problem
- — A campaign that ends with a click doesn't build engagement
- — The user arrives from a phone, from a paid ad — the first screen has to be fast
- — Sign-up has to come naturally, after the user sees the value
- — Data is collected with clear consent and protection against duplicates
Solution
An interactive game as a campaign web application: the user plays, collects points and, through a reward mechanic, reaches the sign-up form. Collected leads are recorded and exported for further marketing and sales, with the user's consent to the campaign rules.
System modules
Campaign landing page
Adapted to phone and desktop, optimised for sharing.
Game & scoring
Interactive mechanics with challenges and rewards.
Lead form
Collecting name, email and phone after engagement.
Consent
Campaign rules and consent for data processing.
Lead records
Overview and export of collected contacts for marketing and sales.
Roles and permissions
The user plays and leaves their data. Through the admin the marketing team tracks sign-ups, results and exports leads for further work. Access to leads is controlled, and each export is recorded.
